An individual with both extensive Operations and Educational Management experience, that spans several decades across the Event Safety and Hospitality sectors.
Independently undertaking a PHD in Education & Social Justice that supports a career focused on improving opportunities for those with significant barriers to learning, alongside a sustained history of training delivery within disadvantaged communities.
Specialist in Quality Assurance (QA) and areas of due diligence, engaging all relevant parties within the process;
Highly experienced Assessor and Verifier within a variety of sectors;
Experienced Tutor, qualified City & Guilds 7407 Certificate in Further Education;
Strong focus on building partnership arrangements across the private, public and voluntary sector leading to repeat and growth in business

Andrew Bracken
Head of Operations
Andrew is charged with the day to day Management operation of THT which consist of registration and booking of courses, tutors, assessors, IQA's and learners to the awarding bodies system. Completing and managing all inductions of both staff and learners. Ordering exams and learner materials, requesting certification and distribution to learners.
He has an active role in the development of operating procedures, course materials and future qualifications/packages as well as the promotion of the current suite of qualifications offered through website development and the extensive use of social media as well as facilitating advertising campaigns.
Andrew is active within the crowd safety industry across a range of disciplines including football, rugby and music events offering a wealth of knowledge and experience.
We strongly believe that the ability of our team to draw upon these experiences greatly benefits our learners; allowing them to contextualise what is taught within the classroom and then to apply this within the vocational setting.
